For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.

This verse highlights the essence of serving others as if serving Christ Himself. It teaches that acts of kindness and service to those in need are directly equated with serving Jesus. This challenges us to see Christ in everyone, especially the marginalized and those in desperate situations, and to act with compassion and generosity.

My Prayer...

Heavenly Father, guide me to see You in the faces of those around me, especially the needy and less fortunate. Fill my heart with Your love and compassion, so that I may serve others as if I were serving You directly. Give me the strength and wisdom to offer help, comfort, and kindness to those who hunger, thirst, and feel alone. Let my actions reflect Your love and grace. In Jesus' name, Amen.
