In our fast-paced, often chaotic world, taking time to "be still" can be challenging, yet it's essential for spiritual health. This stillness is where we can truly know God, finding peace and assurance in His presence and power.

My Prayer...

Heavenly Father, in the constant rush of life, help me to find moments of stillness to seek Your face. Teach me to trust in Your sovereignty and find peace in the knowledge that You are God over all things. May my heart be calmed and my spirit be strengthened as I remember Your greatness and Your love. Help me to exalt You in my life and through my actions, knowing You are with me always. Amen.
